Scones is a well known English afternoon tea delight. Some of us like it sweet, while some prefer a savoury version, we’ve got three variations in our classroom, headover for more recipes. Try this fruity and moist cream scones.


  1. Mix A in a bowl using hands and rub until loose and crumbly.  
  2. Pour in B and fold with a spatula until it forms into a dough. 
  3. Place dough on a flat surface and fold twice, careful not to over work the dough or the gluten will toughen it.  
  4. Finally cut it into desired shape, apply egg wash, apply topping and bake.
  5. Bake at 200 ̊C for 10-12min.
