METHOD
- Whisk egg whites(A) until frothy.
- Pour in Honey & Caster Sugar(B) and whisk gently until even.
- Sieve ingredients (C) into mixture and mix gently until even.
- Finally pour in the brown butter (D) and mix until smooth.
- Apply cream cheese topping E or any topping of your choice.
- Bake at 190 ̊C for 10-12 min
