INGREDIENTS

A 70g Egg White
B 10g Honey
70g Caster Sugar
C 30g Ground Almond
30g German Bread Flour Type 405
2g Salt
5g Panettone Sourdough powder
D 75g Brown Butter
E Cream Cheese

METHOD

  1. Whisk egg whites(A) until frothy.
  2. Pour in Honey & Caster Sugar(B) and whisk gently until even.
  3. Sieve ingredients (C) into mixture and mix gently until even.
  4. Finally pour in the brown butter (D) and mix until smooth.
  5. Apply cream cheese topping E or any topping of your choice.
  6. Bake at 190 ̊C for 10-12 min
